About Me.
I have always enjoyed creativity and the satisfaction I receive from creating something beautiful that someone gets to enjoy.
My journey with jewellery began with Fimo modelling clay ( yes that awful stuff that you cooked in the oven ) and making gifts for friends. I moved to crystals, and then about twenty years ago I discovered the stones. I was hooked and have been ever since. I enjoy researching their properties and playing with a mix of gemstones that resonate with each other.
I'll explain each range and give you more information on each type of jewellery on its own page.
Personally , I'm currently a fifty six, nearly fifty seven year old single lady. Where did the years go ??. I've raised two sons with love and adore them both, but unfortunately they have both left me to follow their own paths. I'm immensely proud of them.
I have been a teacher for most of my life, and also found great satisfaction from that part of my journey. Now is my time to devote to my dreams and aspirations, so I work part time doing relief teaching and devote some time to my jewellery, my passion, and my health, including my emotional health, hence my oily page for people who want bracelets with lava stones as wearable diffusers, combined of course with stones.
The jewellery is always made with love and joy, in my truly beautiful part of the world, in the southwest of Western Australia, among the trees and nature.

About my Jeweller.
About fifteen years ago I wandered down another path that has brought direction, purpose and joy to my journey, when I stumbled across The Virtues Project. I'll talk more about this on the Virtu page, but almost immediately I felt a desire to meld the stones, symbology and the virtues words together in some jewellery form, as possible "talisman / motivational" jewellery.
This required that I find a jeweller . Because I wanted the products to be affordable, as my intellect said there was no point in creating an exquisite "tool" for only a small percentage of the population to access, it needed to be fine work, and someone happy to work on a range with me, so my challenge was finding someone who was willing to put their ego to one side, and be an amazing craftsman.
Last year, after ten years of searching for the perfect combination, I found him.
His name is Ketut. He lives on Bali, and mostly resides in the Ubud area.
He started his working life as a woodworker, following in his fathers footsteps. This worked for him for a long while, but when he was struggling to make ends meet, he decided to turn his hand to jewellery and in particular, silver work. I'm extremely grateful that he did. He has a wife and children and has shown great flexibility, understanding and co-operation with this process to create the pieces that I had a vision for. We have been working together to create and produce the range that you will find on the Virtu page.
I am hoping this will be a long and happy collaboration.

About my Jewellery.
The jewellery on this website can be basically divided into three groups.
Preziosa.
THIS IS MADE BY MYSELF , WITH STONES AND COMPONENTS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED ON THE NET FROM VARIOUS SOURCES.
Here is the best place to mention that I don't consider myself an expert. I will reference my sources when talking about the properties of the stones, and concerning the authenticity of a stone, I need to trust my sources. I buy them in good faith that they are as represented, and then pass them on to you. In order to secure the best I purchase from many different sources all over the world. I'm thankful that I live in an age with the Internet and hence global access. If at any time you feel the product is not as represented, or you are unhappy with your jewellery I'll happily do a refund or exchange.
Unless otherwise stated, the beads are not silver. On the net they are referred to as Tibetan silver. This is not silver.

For the Love of Stone.
This is purchased from the net in the most part, and presented to you in good faith, Including chains, necklaces, bracelets, and pendants. If you require only Stirling silver, I would suggest Virtu as a reliable option. The bracelets and chains are provided if you need them to compliment the Virtu range.
